Avesh Khan of the Lucknow Super Giants(LSG) has embraced the 'hottest' movement on the internet. Khan was caught dancing with Kolkata Knight Riders star opener Venkatesh Iyer to the beats of Arabic Kuthu- Halamithi Habibo.

In a 23-second video clip posted on his Instagram account on March 17, the right-arm pacer was seen performing the dancing steps alongside Iyer (Thursday). On the social networking platform, the video has received over 9,000 likes and over 200 comments. In the caption of the post, the 25-year-old pacer wrote that he is trying out the latest dance move.

Khan, a Madhya Pradesh native, has made history in the IPL after being purchased by LSG for a whopping INR 10 crore during the high-profile bidding. In the IPL 2022 mega auction, he is the most expensive uncapped player in the cash-rich T20 league's record.

According to a source, the 25-year-old had a starting price of INR 20 lakh when he entered the auction, but he received more than 25 times that amount. Notably, Krishnappa Gowtham, who will now be his teammate in the 2017 IPL season, previously held the record. Chennai Super Kings paid a total of INR 9.25 crore for Gowtham's services in the 2021 IPL auction.

When it comes to Khan's IPL statistics, the right-arm bowler has appeared in 25 games and taken 29 wickets at an average of 25.83. He has an economy rate of 8.23 and is a true wicket-taker for his team.

After playing his first game for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in 2017, the 25-year-old has become a regular in the IPL. His breakthrough performance came last year, when he took 24 wickets for Delhi Capitals at an average of 18.75 in just 16 matches. Last season, the right-arm bowler was the second-highest wicket-taker in the IPL, with a remarkable economy rate of 7.37.
