The HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022
profits soared to 71 percent, the highest in the history of the T20 league. The franchises
earned over PKR 900 million each (around 38 crores), according to PCB chairman Ramiz
Raja.
The Lahore Qalandars, captained by Shaheen Shah Afridi, won the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022. On Sunday, February 27, the Qalandars triumphed over the Multan Sultans, captained by Mohammad Rizwan, by 42 runs in the final.
Furthermore, the chairman of the PCB has stated that the event will be expanded in the future season.
Ramiz Raja stated that before the first ball was bowled, HBL PSL 7 profits increased to 71 percent, the highest in the league's history, with each club earning roughly PKR 900 million, also the highest in HBL PSL record. He added that they hope to extend this league to all of the clubs' homes next year and expand its fan base.
According to the chairman, the Pakistan Super League 2022 was a huge success thanks to the enthusiastic crowds in Karachi and Lahore. Raja also expressed his appreciation to the fans, sponsors, players, franchises, medical staff, commentators, and crew members for the event's phenomenal success.
