Andar Bahar is known as Katti. It's a simple but popular card game that originated in India
and has recently exploded in popularity online and live casinos. Although the game's premise
makes it very exciting to play, the main reason for its success is its
simplicity.
The games begin with the dealer dealing one face-up card to each player
and putting it in the centre of the table in front of them. The game card is the face-up
card that determines how the round will be played and when it will end.
The player is
then allowed to place his wager. The objective is to guess which side – Andar or Bahar – the
following card with the same value will appear on.
The dealer then deals one card at
a time on either side of the table until a card with the same value as the game card has
been dealt. If the player bets on Andar and the same-valued card is dealt on Andar, he wins;
however, if the same-valued card is dealt on the Bahar hand, he loses.
The game is
random as well, but since the odds are still 50/50, you have a good chance of winning. A
regular 52-card deck is used to play this game with one player and one dealer. All of the
cards have the same worth, with 2 being the lowest and ace being the highest. Furthermore,
since the game's object is not to create unique hands, there are no card combinations to
memorize.
Furthermore, the game has a one-of-a-kind playing table with the player and
the dealer facing each other. There are two parts between the two: one called Andar (meaning
left) and the other called Bahar (meaning right) (meaning right).

Although several other guides list many different versions of the game, there are
essentially only three:
- Play with live dealers and other players in Live Andar Bahar.
- Andar Bahar is a single-player online game.
- Andar Bahar Speed is a faster version of the classic game.
