Adam Zampa's valour was significant in Australia's men's team winning the T20 World Cup for the first time. His amazing capability to stop the flow of runs and take crucial wickets at crucial times has made a significant difference to Australia's destiny.

Zampa ranked No. 5 among ICC T20 bowlers, proving that Australia had the strongest spin bowler in the competition on their side.

Speaking of Zampa’s role in this T20 World Cup, Zampa was a tough, hard-hitting bowler who made every ball and occasion count. He was a well-liked guy who consistently made a valuable contribution in the middle overs by limiting the opposition's run pace. He smashed Bangladesh's batting line-up in the group stage, finishing with 5/19. It was the best number in the whole competition by any bowler. As a result, Australia's batting order improved their net run rate significantly in the pursuit, allowing them to finish second in their group.

In an interview with SEN Breakfast, Australian skipper Aaron Finch stated Zampa was his "man of the tournament". The captain said that Zampa’s talent is incredible and he is very confident in his capability to weed out good players.

With the World Cup being held in India, spinners, in particular, had been recognized as possible game-changers, but it was Zampa's contribution to the Australian team that proved to be the most crucial.

After the tournament, Zampa said he always looked forward to playing on the UAE's low and dry pitches. He also stated that individuals who undervalued him enabled him to develop a serene and calm-natured persona.

Zampa's 13 wickets were second only to Sri Lanka's Wanindu Hasaranga in terms of performance (16 wickets). Wanindu had a flawless tournament, but he did not influence how the World Cup developed in the manner Zampa did.

With an average of 32.11 in ODIs and 21.15 in T20Is, Zampa has played 64 ODIs and 57 T20Is. Zampa's World Cup achievements secured his spot as a cornerstone of the Australian men's squad in white-ball cricket for coming years at the age of 29.
